Q: What if I don't have a Paypal Account?

Don't worry as you do not need to own a PayPal account to pay: you may enter your credit card's data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. You don't need to register a PayPal account either.

Q: How secure is shopping? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Q: How long does delivery of packages take?

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

  • Standard International Shipping / United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and all European Union Countries: 12 - 20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 18-35 business days
  • Express shipping: ($3.71) United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and all European Union Countries: 8 - 14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 14-20 business days

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

Q: What if the product I received is damaged/defective, is missing items/parts, or is the wrong product?

In rare circumstance that you experience any of these issues with a product you have received, please follow the instructions found in our Return and Refund Policy.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

Q: How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy and contact us or email us at sales@bruteck.com.

Q: How do I receive my refund?

You will be refunded via GCash or via Money remittance centers (e.g. MLhuillier, Palawan Pawnshop, Cebuana Lhuillier, and MoneyGram) of your choice and near to you, if needed, please message us on our Facebook page, contact us in our page contact or email us at sales@bruteck.com.

Q: May I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, only refunds or replacements (for damaged/defective items). However, you can simply return your item for a full refund and place another order through our website. please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
